Pet Policy, Assistance Animals, and Restricted Breeds

All pets must be registered and screened through Foxen Pet Screening before approval and move-in. No pet may be kept at the community without completed screening and written approval from Management.

Pet Fees (Pets Only)

• $35.00 per pet, per month (pet rent)
• $500.00 non-refundable pet fee, per pet

Restricted Dog Breeds (Pets Only)

The following pure or mixed breeds are not permitted as pets: Rottweiler; Pit Bull-type breeds; Doberman Pinscher; Chow Chow; German Shepherd; Presa Canario; Akita; Alaskan Malamute; Wolf-hybrid; Great Dane; Mastiff breeds; Cane Corso; Husky breeds; and Dalmatian.

Assistance Animals

National Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act, applicable HUD guidance, Nevada fair housing law, and other applicable requirements concerning reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Service animals and emotional support animals are not pets. Approved Assistance Animals are not subject to pet rent, pet fees, breed restrictions, or weight limits. Requests are evaluated individually, and Management may request reliable supporting information only when permitted by law. Residents remain responsible for the animal's care, control, conduct, and any damage beyond ordinary wear. Contact the leasing office for assistance with the reasonable-accommodation process.
