This community utilizes Park M for all resident and guest parking management. All residents must be registered through the Park M system in order to park within the community after 7:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Access to amenities may be limited by availability, maintenance schedules, community policies, or other operational considerations. Not all amenities are available in all apartment homes.

Pet Policy

Pet Policy, Assistance Animals, and Restricted Breeds

All pets must be registered and screened through Foxen Pet Screening prior to approval and move-in. No pet is permitted on the property without completed screening and written approval from Management.

Pet Fees (Pets Only)

$35.00 per pet, per month (pet rent)
$500.00 non-refundable pet fee, per pet

Restricted Dog Breeds (Pets Only)

For the safety of all residents, staff, and visitors, and in compliance with insurance requirements and community standards, the following dog breeds, including any mixed breeds containing these breeds, are not permitted as pets:

Rottweiler
Pit Bull-type breeds (including, but not limited to, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier)
Doberman Pinscher
Chow Chow
German Shepherd
Presa Canario
Akita
Alaskan Malamute
Wolf-hybrid
Great Dane
Mastiff breeds (including English Mastiff, Bullmastiff, etc.)

Assistance Animals (Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals)
